Lot Diminsions and Subdivision Restrictions

Be sure the luxury home plans you select are conducive to the building lot. Take into consideration the building setbacks -- front, rear, left and right.

If a septic tank is needed make sure the dimension of the home is not encroaching that area. Also, if you're in a subdivision with restrictions and covenants, verify all contents pertaining to the design and structure of a home.

Check to see if the setbacks set forth with the subdivision are different than the county zoning setbacks.
